At Least 10 Shot, One Fatally, So Far in 2013

The second shooting victim of the year, a 22-year-old man, was shot during a party inside a basement in the 9700 block of South Beverly Avenue at 1:55 a.m., police said.

CHICAGO ? One man was killed and at least ten others were wounded in gun violence throughout Chicago early Tuesday, police said.

The first shooting victim of 2013 was a 29-year-old man who was shot outside a bar in Austin, police said.
